- Where are you located?
- 1F, 8, Hongik-ro 6-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul — about a 3-minute walk from Hongik University Station Exit 9, at the entrance of Hongdae's Walking Street.
- What are your opening hours?
- We're open every day from 10:00 to 23:00 (11 pm), all year round with no closing day.
- Do your staff speak English?
- Yes. Our pharmacists and staff speak English, Japanese and Chinese and can help with symptoms and product advice.
- Can I get a tax refund?
- Yes. Instant tax refund is available in-store, and we also support WOWPASS top-up and payment.
- What K-beauty products do you have?
- Our own pharmacy brand PHARMAtique — PDRN sheet masks, derma repair creams and eye patches — plus a pharmacist-curated selection of K-beauty bestsellers.
- Can I buy medicine without a prescription?
- Over-the-counter and everyday medicines are available without a prescription; prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription.
- How do I get there from Hongik University Station?
- Leave through Exit 9 and walk toward the Walking Street — the pharmacy is about 3 minutes away. Line 2, the Gyeongui–Jungang Line and AREX all stop at the station.
